MyProfessionalBrand may suspend or terminate access anytime, without notice, for any reason including Terms violations. Users may stop using Services anytime. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing law sections.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." MyProfessionalBrand makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, or non-infringement. Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service is not guaranteed.
MyProfessionalBrand and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyProfessionalBrand, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses—including attorney fees—arising from service use or Terms violations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes resolve exclusively in San Francisco County state or federal courts.
MyProfessionalBrand reserves modification rights. The document's "Effective Date" reflects recent changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
